Hey Hey! So, I just looked over my entire 2016 goals. I had in my calendar to review every goal I had made for this year in April. I wanted to do it April 1st. I sort of looked at it but was still overwhelmed with excitement and inspiration from my honeymoon. My vision for the future was getting more clear and it was bigger than I ever could have imagined. So, I pushed the review off a few weeks to digest what was on my mind.
Nothing needed to be taken off the plate yet. Many things have been either accomplished or at least started. Some new things were added.
Last month I started the “get my stomach on track” goal. I have been suffering off and on for 7 years with digestion issues. In the last 18 months it has become more than a distraction. I started a stomach reset and at the time of this post I have been off sugar for 3 weeks. My favorite foods are “no foods” right now. Every three days I get to add something back in and test it.
This week I am to test Nuts and Seeds. I already tested eggs and coffee and they are back on the “no” list for now. I have also made an appointment with a new Doctor. I also must make an appointment with an allergist and this other guy who runs the bloodwork for Nasa and athletes. I’m determined to find the root to the issue so I can go on living again!
