Today I am here. I am here for 2 days!!!
Sometimes you get what you want but it is bigger than you could have imagined.
That is all I have for this week. I will try to share more in the future. But for today I must enjoy every minute of what is happening right here, right now, in this moment.
I am so excited for this week! Ok, first September and October are jam freaking packed. There is not a day that doesn’t have a important task. But, that’s what I am excited about. It’s too easy to go “wo is me. I’m so busy….blah blah blah.” Honestly, many of my projects are finally taking off. It’s time to buckle up and enjoy the ride. After October I’ll get to see where they all land. Maybe even sooner.
Business: I’ve got a photo shoot this Friday so I have stock images for my profitablepilates.com blog. It’s time to systemize things and this is one of them. Then another shoot on Saturday. This one will be fun. I have been scoping out some awesome locations. Stay tuned to my Profitable Pilates IG account for these babies. I’m also preparing some major workshops to be debuted on PilatesAnytime.com. Stay tuned for next weeks post as I talk more about that goodness.
Fitness: I’ve got one month to get myself ready for my 4th “The Work” module. This one is a tough one for me. It’s hitting some spots that I need to work on within myself (not just fitness wise). But, this week I am committed to working on it every day.
Finances: We decided to go ahead and just purchase the big last purchases of the year. Flights, rental cars etc for all our holiday travels. Now, we know how much we need to pay off by the end of the year. Much easier than it hanging over our head.
The infamous stomach: well, it’s in process.
Oh, one more thing! I am challenging myself to be clear each day on what my purpose is for that day. What outcome do I want. Eye on the prize my dears!
So last week I finished the third portion of “The Work” and thoroughly enjoyed all the lessons (both Pilates and life), time with my “work” buddies and seeing what is needed to get to the final portion of this journey.
This past weekend Jeni Del Pozo and I had our 2nd “Pilates Day Retreat.” It was a blast! Bigger than our first one and we announced our 3rd one!! The Jumpboard. One of my business goals was to begin doing retreats. I thought I would have to wait until 2017 but the truth is you don’t have to go to a far away land to have a retreat!
Last week I also announced my UK Pilates retreat with Julie Driver. Save the date London! I’ll be making my first trip your way 12/5-8.
It’s been the busiest of work goal weeks so this week I am going back to making my health the focus. After lame news from all those medical test I am going EAST! Bring on the energy healers and acupuncturists. I can’t wait!
Sometimes you can work all your plates at once and other times you have to spin some hard enough they can spin themselves while you focus on others. This summer has been about balancing the plates. These check in’s mean I don’t forget to go back and check on them. Love a good system.

This is a big week. HUGE week. A week I have been waiting for since May but probably since I started having stomach issues in 2007. Not that I am excited to do what I have to do. This week I have 2 procedures with my stomach. I am told I will have the results after I wake up.
One of my goals for this year was to have a loving relationship with my stomach. I know a strange goal but after 8ish years of avoiding foods and trying out different theories I have thrown myself into the search. This is the year I find out what in the heck is the problem.
So, this Wednesday is a big day. I am nervous. I actually do not want to go through with it. Sounds terrible. But, I am hoping that they find something. Finding something would mean we can make a plan and move on.
No pressure right?! I hope to finally be able to move on to other goals for this year and my health next week.
That’s all the update for now. I have decided this week is just to focus on preparing for the test. Sometimes you just have to focus on one thing.

I have been spending the last 4 days with my Mom! She is visiting LA and we have been enjoying some quality time together. Weekends like this is when I really have to trust my work/life blend. There is a balancing act when ever anyone visits. I’m happy to say that this blend is working. It’s all about planning. Just like goal setting is all about planning.
This week I’m doing a lot of evaluation. Where is everything heading? Is that the direction I want still? How will what I am doing today affect what I want for 2017?
Personal: The podcast I do with my husband is 5 weeks in and doing great. It’s so fun to have something to do together.
Financial: We are on track. It’s a new track but it’s working. Sometimes you just have to re-work the plan.
Business: My reach is expanding! It’s really incredible to hear the feedback from those reading my business blogs and interacting on social media.

Wow, last week flew by! The combo of a Holiday Monday and extra exciting news kept me busier than ever. During these buys weeks I am so glad I have reminders and my goals where I can see them.
Health: I am a few weeks out of another test to figure out what is happening. So, I am sticking to my no sugar diet and most of the time life is pretty good. I am excited for the end of the month to hopefully get results that will allow me to finally cross this stomach thing off my list!
My workouts and training for the work are going great. I have them all sharpie’d in each week. I have never felt so strong in my life!
Personal: Brad and I took the last weekend to be with each other and our dogs. Our puppy Bayon is so well trained for a 4 month old. This week my Mother is visiting and so we are doing extra extra stuff this week so we can enjoy her visit.
Financial: Money in and Money out. But, Bills mean business. So, another week of working the plan!
Business: I am launching something big! Fingers crossed it pans out. I’ll keep you posted. My hubby and I also launched our podcast and this week it’s episode 4. When you’re an entrepreneur it’s always about watching the pots and when one boils being ready. Here’s to a few boiling at the same time!

What a week! I have honestly not had a “regular” schedule since two weeks before Memorial weekend. Maybe even longer. So, perhaps my “regular” schedule is to have an Irregular schedule? Something I may need to think about this week. In the meantime here’s the latest!
Health: I’ve been super consistent with my workouts and super positive about them as well. As you know from love the skin you’re in this can be difficult for me. I set high expectations. But this year I’ve been working towards force and fabulous and happy to report its working.
Financial: this weekend I cleaned out my closets! I know what does this have to do with finances? But I sold lots of it to resale shops and donated the rest. Now I know what I have and what I need to buy.
Business: major shifts are happening! This week launches my Pilatini Nights and teachers are excited!
I’m also happy to say I’m going on a vacation! A mini one and I’m not overworking myself before it. I’m loving 2016 even if it’s ridiculously full!

I’m literally sitting in the desert at Joshua Tree. I haven’t had a shower since Friday. It’s been an adventure, like any camping trip should be. We rolled in later than expected and had a rough start to our holiday weekend. Coyotes howling and birds squawking combined with the sun beating into our tent to early for two people on vacation. Waking up with a stress hangover from the night before I was determined to get the holiday back on a good foot.
Soooo…I pulled out a legal pad and a pen. I reviewed the work I was doing compared to where I felt I should be. Then I asked myself what I felt needed changing and got honest about a hamster wheel vs a journey. It’s easy and safe in the hamster wheel.
I’ve been working for myself for 6 months. It’s easier to see a bigger picture now that I’ve been rocking my own business. Things I thought might be too big to dream are happening sooner than expected too! So, I get to dream bigger!!! I’m actually super excited to get home. Not just for a much needed shower but so I can get online and start working on my new game plan.
Sometimes things don’t go as expected. Grab a piece of paper and take back control!
Wow, I cannot believe May is literally halfway over. I have to say it’s been a crazy wirlwind of a month. I have some very exciting goals updates for you. Sadly, I cannot give away lots of details but just know it’s super exciting.
Business: I had an amazing meeting with my team and we are gearing up for some big projects. Our efforts have yielded some great responses. Now, it’s time to start aiming a little higher.
I also have been hoping for 2 huge things to happen. In the last 2 weeks I have received word that both these dreams would be coming true. Something I didn’t even think would happen this year. Just shows everything happens the way it is supposed to. Don’t worry I will share the deets when it is time.
Health: this week is my doctor appointment. Goal get my stomach and my body to work together is still in progress. I am feeling 60% closer to health already.
Personal: My hubby and I have worked hard at tackling our goals together and I am happy to say that our financial goal and our puppy goal are on track!
This week it’s all about follow up! Planting seeds is only good if you plan on watering them. I’ll be doing some watering this week. What about you?
Ok, so let me give you roadmap of where things are in my goals:
Health goals: Stomach reset is still going. I’ve made an appointment with a new Doctor (that’s next week) also one with an allergist.
Business goals: I’ve announced my Pilates retreats! I’m so excited to start traveling for a living.
Money: My hubby and I have made our plan to be debt free by 2017. I also have been accomplishing a task I have always avoided. Updating my quickbooks every week! I used to wait until the end of the year. Totally avoiding my money. I told myself 2016 would be different. So far so good.
Fitness: I had a week of being sick so my running and training took a break. But, feeling better and getting back at it.
This week is a busy work week. To stay on track I have put everything I need to being doing in my omnifocus. Love the reminders. If you have lots to keep track of I highly recommend it.
